  • How to order your logo on a product?

    • At this time we request that you send us a high quality jpeg of your logo in an email to requestquote@couturethreadsboutique.com. Depending on the size of your order we will let you know if there will be a setup fee. Orders over 15 with the same image and same size will not be charged a setup fee.
  • Return and Cancellation Policy?
    • ​​All customized items are non-returnable. In the case that your order is incorrect and it is our mistake, we will fix it. That is the only exception for our return policy. 
    • We do not offer full refunds on any item.
    • If you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If you have a customized order and you cancel it after the 24 hours you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • How long will my order take to ship?
    • Once an order has been placed, it normally takes 10-14 business days to process and ship your order. (excludes Sundays). 
    • Rush Production Time - We have added a rush production time to select items on the website. These items can have the production time rushed for an additional fee. Please note, the production time does not include shipping time. We still need to ship the item(s) to you so keep that in mind when ordering. 
    • Production time is an actual business day (Monday - Saturday). This excludes Holidays.
    • Any order placed after 11am CST will count towards the following or next business day. 
    • Most orders are shipped complete so if you need an item rushed, please make sure that item is on an order by itself or only with other rushed items. If there is an item on the order that cannot be rushed, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship. 
    • As a side note, if you add additional embroidery to any custom fabric shirt, that shirt can no longer be rushed.
